No not at all, on the contrary, Xai.
It was like 87F out that day and no wind; I broke a sweat, believe it or not.
I even slipped a few times flat on my arse, because all the snow around me was melting so fast.
Honestly it was one hell of a hot day.. :sun:

Really? Then why is the snow not melting?

Ever had a slushy?
It's just like that.
The snow there never melts 100%... it’s at night when the temp drops well below 4 it 2 snow. Also this was mid July in Switzerland.
lol.. I was one of the most over dressed people on the hike. Most were in surprising even running shorts. I did start off with 3 layers, “jacket, sweater, and undershirt” but quickly realized, I was way over dressed.
Like my father taught me when I was a boy.. “it’s always best to be prepared for the cold" With layers you always have the ability to take them off and on, when needed.
The difference could mean life or death, in some situations.

Yeah I get it now. I have had a slushy and the Swiss is bordered by mountains too so that wouldn't be too weird then.

Notice how you don't see my breath and that the snow looks more wet then fluffy.
If you’re into skiing, you'll know where I'm coming from..

I don't know to say if that's a tan or a burn.
